HOW WE WORK:
	Prior to initial consultation, the MysteryShopper(tm) will familiarise himself with the customer and their competition in the marketplace.
	The initial consultation ascertains what the client is looking to get from the MysteryShopper(tm). Often a scenario is set, a profile and background for the shopper and reason for visiting. The consultation also outlines a plan of attack, particularly if there are many sites to be visited. Additionally, a reporting format is agreed. This can take several forms such as written report by e-mail, by presentation to senior management, by phone – particularly if there are operations concerns - and scoring against preset points criteria.
	The MysteryShopper(tm) then sets to work exclusively for the client. We are Midlands-based and ideally placed within the UK - with London, York, South Wales and Liverpool being within two hours travel by car. This helps to minimise time spent away, and thus travel costs.
